We are pleased to announce that the 2025 Mathematics Classroom Teaching Research for All Students (M-CTRAS) Conference will be held at Johannes Kepler University Linz, Austria, from June 23 to 25, 2025, in a hybrid format. The conference is co-organized by Johannes Kepler University Linz, in partnership with the University of the Philippines Open University.

The proposed theme, "Inspiring Research on Mathematics Classroom Resources", aim to bring together researchers and educators to share research findings, best practices, and innovative resources in mathematics instruction. Through this conference, we aim to foster collaboration among researchers, educators, practitioners, and policymakers to enhance mathematics instruction for all students. 

The subthemes are as follows:

  1. Educational Materials and Resources (including platforms and applications) in Mathematics classrooms
  2. Artificial Intelligence and Other Emerging Technologies in Mathematics Classrooms 
  3. Mathematics Teaching Resources in Open and Distance e-Learning

Contributions should align with one of the subthemes but are not restricted to these topics. Submissions may include research projects, research reports, works in progress, or research proposals. We welcome submissions for both oral and poster presentations.

General Guidelines and Reminders for Abstract Submissions

  • Abstracts should be submitted through the Indico platform, where you will be required to register for a new account (or use an existing Indico account).
  • The official conference language is English. All contributions submitted must be in English and in abstract format (between 250-300 words).
  • The paper should clearly outline the research problem, methodology, results, and implications (if applicable).

Important Dates

  • Extended abstract submission deadline (first call): December 20, 2024 
  • Review results will be sent to your registered email address within four (4) weeks after submission.
